When you convert your Points to Cash Back Rewards at checkout, your Cash Back Rewards will be deducted from your order total when you click Apply. You can apply a minimum of a $5 Reward, up to the maximum value of Rewards you have available (as long as it does not exceed the total). Raney's Rewards can be applied to orders with products that are on sale, but can not be applied to orders alongside a Coupon Code (sitewide/order discounts).

Yes. Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Inactivity means no purchases, Points earned, or Points redeemed during that period. Expired Points cannot be reinstated.

You earn Points on every eligible purchase made at Raneys.com or in-store while logged into your account. Points are calculated on your order subtotal — shipping, taxes, fees, and discounts do not count toward point earnings. The amount you earn is based your member level:
Bronze: 1.5 Point per $1 spent
Chrome: 2 Points per $1 spent
Gold: 3 Points per $1 spent
Each Level unlocks additional Perks and a higher Points earning rate. When you level up, you'll receive a Bonus Reward — 500 Points for reaching Chrome and a $20 reward for reaching Gold.

Points earned from a returned or refunded order will be deducted from your Raney’s Rewards Points Balance. If you applied Cash Back Rewards on an order that is later returned or refunded, choose to be refunded with store credit to keep the value of your Cash Back Rewards. For all other payment refund methods, Cash Back Rewards are forfeited.

Yes. All store account members are automatically enrolled in Raney’s Rewards. Think of it as one account for managing orders and Rewards.

Customers who use Guest Checkout will not be enrolled in Raney’s Rewards, or be eligible to earn or redeem Points if they are an existing member.

Once Raney's Reward Points are redeemed a Coupon Code is automatically applied to your order equal to the value of Points you are redeeming. If you do not finish a purchase, you can still redeem your Reward. Open the Rewards tab on the left side of the screen, click on Activity in the pop up. Scroll until you see the redemption with the coupon code (ex: REWXXXXXXX). Enter this code in the Coupon field at checkout to redeem on an order.
