This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing order support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist with order status updates, cancellations, basic order adjustments, and general customer service needs.
Training will be provided for our inventory management and customer relationship management systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer service calls and emails
- Provide order status updates and assist with order-related questions
- Process cancellations and basic order modifications
- Deliver clear, accurate, and professional customer support
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or contact center experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with sales and upselling
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to work across departments and share information effectively
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM This is an in-office position (not remote).

Part Time Driver
Raney’s LLC is a fast-growing company in the automotive aftermarket chrome and accessories industry seeking a Part Time Driver to join our team! Our part time driver will provide dedicated transportation and delivery support two days per week.
Weekly Responsibilities
— Wednesday/Friday
- Provide transportation services to delivery locations within a 200-mile driving radius of the warehouse.
- Perform scheduled deliveries and pickups as assigned.
- Support additional transportation and operational needs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records for deliveries, mileage, and vehicle use.
- Complete routes in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
- Communicate schedule changes, delays, or delivery issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Verify that all deliveries are completed and properly documented.
- Safely operate company or assigned vehicles.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable driving regulations.
- Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers and delivery locations.
- Ensure materials, products, and equipment are handled securely during transportation.
- Safely operate company trailers or other assigned vehicles.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Schedule: Up to 10 hours per day (Estimated hours per day may vary between 4-10) 2 days per week.
Rate: $150 Flat rate per day
Please Note - An MVR report will be pulled to ensure a clean driving record prior to hire.

This position will be responsible for pricing competitively, editing existing products to improve sales, and communicating with vendors to gain necessary technical information.
